PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of the project’s Digital Delivery Strategy, aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
- Oversee the implementation of BIM, GIS, CAD workflows across a multidisciplinary design team formed from multiple organizations working within the DJV.
- Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Cook up with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent digital practices.
- Supervise digital delivery staff including BIM/CAD Managers, Information Managers, and Document Control.
- Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Information Management Plan, and project-specific digital protocols.
- Facilitate digital coordination meetings and provide technical leadership on model integration, clash detection, and data validation.
- Support project controls by integrating digital tools with scheduling, cost, and risk management systems.
- Champion innovation in digital delivery, including automation, model-based design reviews, and digital twin readiness.
- Provide training and mentorship to project teams on digital tools and workflows.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years of experience in digital delivery or BIM/VDC roles on large infrastructure or transit projects.
- Proven leadership in implementing ISO 19650-compliant digital strategies.
- Proficiency in Bentley suite (OpenRoads, OpenRail, Microstation) or Autodesk suite (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks).
- Experience managing CDE platforms (e.g., ACC, ProjectWise, iTwin).
- Strong understanding of data governance, information management, and digital workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
