Responsibilities
- Supports a high volume of engineering and project documentation, helping maintain compliance, improve data quality, and deliver meaningful business insights.
- Contribute across document control, data migration readiness, stakeholder support, and process improvement activities.
Requirements
Education: Associate degree or higher
- 5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to data analytics, records management, record storage, filing and retrieval
- 3 or more years of experience in the energy industry and/or construction
- Experience coordinating document-control deliverables across project teams and managing documentation for multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience maintaining engineering records, final turnover files, and closeout packages in line with records management requirements
