Duties
- Greeting and providing information to visitors
- Map reading
- Record keeping
- Custodial tasks such as hourly cleaning of restrooms, mopping, snow removal (including shoveling and/or use of snowblower)
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Using Microsoft Office software
Requirements
- Self-starting and highly-motivated
- Task-oriented and possess attention to detail
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- One (1) year or more of work experience that includes customer service
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to read maps and complete internet searches
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook e-mail
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, recreation, marketing, public relations, or related field
