Information Assurance Specialist

About the role

As an Information Assurance Specialist I, you will ensure accurate maintenance of records shared between Salesforce and adjacent systems, with a special focus on identifying and remediating duplicate or potential duplicate records. Maintenance requests primarily originate from our Salesforce-based ticketing system, and you will actively contribute to resolving these tickets. You will also draw insights from maintenance requests and related work to make recommendations for improving enterprise records management policies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates to Salesforce objects.
• Leverage various software tools to support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies, process exceptions, or system issues and escalate trends or unresolved items.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional data and process issues.
• Follow and help improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by documenting issues, suggesting updates, and maintaining process accuracy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times a year for team events.
• High aptitude for working with dynamic information systems.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through ability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and deliver information in an understandable manner.
