Informatics Program Manager
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and manage an informatics project, including both large, enterprise-scale initiatives and smaller, tactical efforts within a clinical informatics environment.
Provide program-level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality to ensure successful execution and delivery of contract objectives.
Direct and coordinate programmatic resources across multiple functional and technical domains to ensure features are acceptable, of high quality, and compliant with industry standards.
Leverage knowledge of enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, organizational structure, and management practices to drive effective solutions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing and executing proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies.
Ensure disciplined cost, schedule, and performance management, including forecasting, reporting, and corrective action planning.
Champion and apply SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value delivery, sustain organizational change, and promote operational excellence.
Empower and support high-performing Agile teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a senior-level liaison with stakeholders, customers, and leadership, providing clear communication, status reporting, and strategic guidance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with and demonstrated understanding of SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices
- PMP HIGHLY PREFERRED
