Informatics Program Manager

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an informatics project, including both large, enterprise-scale initiatives and smaller, tactical efforts within a clinical informatics environment
• Provide program-level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality to ensure successful execution and delivery of contract objectives
• Direct and coordinate programmatic resources across multiple functional and technical domains to ensure features are acceptable, of high quality, and compliant with industry standards
• Leverage knowledge of enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, organizational structure, and management practices to drive effective solutions
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing and executing proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies
• Ensure disciplined cost, schedule, and performance management, including forecasting, reporting, and corrective action planning
• Champion and apply SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value delivery, sustain organizational change, and promote operational excellence
• Empower and support high-performing Agile teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Serve as a senior-level liaison with stakeholders, customers, and leadership, providing clear communication, status reporting, and strategic guidance

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field
• 15 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with and demonstrated understanding of SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices
• PMP HIGHLY PREFERRED
