Informatics Product Lead, RWD

For our client, we are seeking a Informatics Product Lead, RWD to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide informatics efforts that support data platform and real-world data product development within a healthcare environment. The position will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Services to improve data quality, resolve escalations, and translate clinical and operational needs into actionable requirements. You will also help shape testing approaches, release sign-off, and data standards that strengthen reliability and continuous improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Lead informatics efforts for data platforms and real-world data product development Support Client Services with data-related escalations and issue resolution Coordinate sign-off for data-involved releases, including quality checks Define and implement testing strategies and impact assessments for changes Translate clinical and operational needs into actionable requirements Review product logic and data standards to mitigate risk and improve quality Identify and standardize patterns from escalations to drive continuous improvement Qualifications 8+ years of experience in healthcare data, clinical informatics, data quality, analytics, or a related field with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's degree Strong understanding of claims, EHR, membership/enrollment, and clinical data Proficiency in SQL for managing large-scale healthcare datasets Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in agile settings Ability to translate complex data challenges into clear documentation for diverse stakeholders Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: experience with real-world data products or healthcare data governance Benefits Health insurance options and life insurance for employees Company-paid disability coverage for employee protection 401k plan for retirement savings 18+ days of paid time off for work-life balance Flexible benefits package to meet diverse employee needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
