Informatics Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify unique insights to solve complex challenges with various data sources
• Lead teams in delivering analytics solutions to optimize performance and member experience
• Develop and present analytical narratives using advanced knowledge and storytelling
• Drive complex process improvements and develop key metrics for reporting
• Enhance the Informatics team's skills in data architecture and reporting techniques
• Anticipate project needs creatively and lead large-scale initiatives
• Analyze data patterns and deliver actionable recommendations based on findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 4+ years of experience
• Experience with open-ended feedback analytics tools for mining insights at scale
• Proficient in SQL for analyzing complex datasets and overseeing data transformation processes
• Advanced reporting and visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience with AI in analytics to enhance datasets with semantic analyses

Pay

$117,600 – $161,700 annually
