About the role
This is a hybrid remote position based in the Roaring Fork Valley. You will provide third-tier support for clinical workflows on a rotating on-call basis once every quarter. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train and support clinicians in inpatient settings on clinical information systems and EHRs.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare staff and IT to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.
- Develop, implement, and advise on user-centric solutions based on business and clinical needs.
- Promote user-friendly, patient-centric innovations to improve patient outcomes and enhance clinical workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field.
- Clinical licensure recognized for the position: OT, PT, RDN, RN, or RT.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare business process/operational knowledge or equivalent experience.
- Experience and/or strong understanding of working in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care.
Skills
- Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
- Exceptional analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and project management.
- Ability to coordinate methods for optimal results and manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and the ability to influence at the provider level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education/training.
- Informatics Certification.
Pay
$41.56 to $62.34/hour. Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
