About the role
The Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) PIM Architect must have experience in defining and implementing enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) solutions that ensure accurate, standardized, and governed management of healthcare product, provider, medical device, pharmaceuticals, and reference data across the organization. The architect leads the end-to-end design of IDMC PIM, MDM, data quality, data governance, and integration frameworks, enabling seamless data exchange between ERP, CRM, supply chain, regulatory, and analytics platforms. Working closely with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders, they establish data models, governance processes, and compliance controls to support healthcare regulations, improve data quality, accelerate product onboarding, enhance operational efficiency, and provide a trusted data foundation for digital transformation initiatives and patient-centric outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in IDMC PIM 360.
- Proven background working across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into data solutions.
- Consulting experience working directly with client stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate stakeholders for requirements gathering and validation.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills with executives and architecture review board.
- Solid understanding of life science, healthcare medical IT and data solutions.
- Ability to talk to business stakeholders in business context without technology.
- Design solutions that incorporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Take vague or unclear expectations and turn them into concepts and requirements.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (15+ years) in the development and operationalization of IDMC PIM, MDM, data quality, data governance, and integration frameworks.
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, supply chain, regulatory, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with Aprimo DB and DAM (Digital Asset Management).
Education & Certifications
- Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Arts or Science
- IDMC certification preferred
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $83,000 to $192,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
