About the role

The role is responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and payments according to company policy and legal requirements.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Monitor accounts payable and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports on financial transactions for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
