Inforce Policy Specialist
Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews.
Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests.
Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews.
Data analysis and management of In Force Data.
Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms.
MUST HAVES
- Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software.
- Able to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously.
- Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
