Inforce Policy Specialist

About the role

Join our team of Inforce Policy Specialists who have pioneered the industry’s first Inforce Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews. This role involves assisting agents with tasks such as acquiring values and forms, addressing policy-related inquiries, and supporting servicing requests like withdrawals or changes.

Responsibilities

• Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews
• Aid producers with ad hoc policy information requests
• Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews
• Data analysis and management of In Force Data
• Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our firms

Requirements

• Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software
• Ability to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously
• Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred

Pay

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

Full-time position with remote work options available.
