About the role

Trend Management is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and organized individual with a passion for social media and influencer marketing. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day influencer campaign execution for clients in the fashion, beauty, home decor, and lifestyle space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, is detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Talent Manager(s) in executing successful collaborations for clients
  • Coordinates influencer campaigns between brands and influencers, including:
    • Tracking project orders
    • Managing post dates
    • Communicating campaign briefs
    • Gathering analytics
    • Submitting content for approval
    • Confirming accurate and active links and coupon codes
  • Communicates in a timely and effective manner with both influencers and brands
  • Works effectively with influencers to resolve posting or content issues, providing creative solutions
  • Ensures influencers have all correct information to create and deliver content on time
  • Builds and maintains healthy relationships with influencers, brand partners, and agency partners
  • Ensures accuracy in Asana and tracks campaign statuses
  • Plays a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Stays abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
  • Maintains a positive, professional attitude and collaborates with the team to achieve goals

Requirements

  • A passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Expert attention to detail and strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed personally and contribute to client business growth
  • Relationship-driven with the ability to work with diverse personalities and work styles
  • Adaptable to sudden changes in schedules, trends, and an ever-changing industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field preferred
