Associate Talent Coordinator (Influencer Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster.
• Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables.
• Closely work with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met.
• Maintain clear organization of all campaign materials within internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution.
• Ensure all deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.).
• Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed.

• Exceptionally organized with strong time-management skills.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off your to-do list.
• Resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Deeply engaged in social media, creator trends, and digital storytelling.
• Able to work Eastern or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not required).
• Experience in a similar role or relevant field preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$40,000 - $48,000 Base Salary
