About the role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to start immediately. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and partnering with influencers and creators to support broader influencer marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Use Sprout Social to identify and evaluate potential influencers and creators.
• Assess creators based on content quality, views, popularity, and brand fit.
• Communicate with external creators to establish and maintain partnerships.
• Collaborate with an internal team member on broader influencer marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Direct experience with Sprout Social.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and ability to evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, and brand alignment.
• Strong networking skills and comfort building relationships with external creators.
• Ability to filter and distinguish between high-quality creators and those not suitable for the brand.

Technical Requirements

• USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
• Working webcam.
• Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Main internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
• Backup internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps.

Pay

₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month.

Schedule

Part-time, 20 hours per week during US work hours.
