Responsibilities

• Greet Customer in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements
• MATCH Customer's vehicle needs with current inventory
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Follow guidelines for handling internet inquiries
• Aid customers in the showroom and build rapport for referrals
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices
• Complete training classes and certifications

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Virginia DMV Auto Sales License
• Automotive Sales Experience

Pay

Salary + Commission (NOT A DRAW)

Schedule

A/B Team, 1 Week Day off, Closed Sundays
