What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships through our CRM system
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize appointments and sales opportunities
  • Set and confirm appointments for the showroom sales team
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
  • Work closely with management to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and dealership promotions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong track record in CRM lead management and internet sales performance
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
