What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads
- Manage and nurture customer relationships through our CRM system
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize appointments and sales opportunities
- Set and confirm appointments for the showroom sales team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
- Work closely with management to achieve sales and performance goals
- Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and dealership promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong track record in CRM lead management and internet sales performance
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
