About the role

This is a non-tenure track position at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities in addition to staffing admission
• Supervising procedures when needed
• Being available for resident questions regarding cross-cover or admissions
• Giving feedback
• Teaching and supervising medical students, residents, and fellows
• Providing 90% of patient care with training Infectious Disease fellows
• Spending 10% of time on teaching & research

Qualifications

• A qualified applicant must have an MD degree
• Be eligible for Tennessee licensure
• Be board-certified in Internal Medicine
