Infectious Disease Physician - Hyattsville, MD

For our client, we are seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
• Treat approximately 20-30 patients per day across 2-3 facilities
• Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation
• Engage in continuous learning through paid training and fellowship program

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
