- Conduct outbreak investigations.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure.
- Completed or current training in Infection Prevention and Control.
- Experience with PointClickCare software.
- Minimum of 6 months in skilled nursing or senior care.
- CPR certification required.
