For our client, we are seeking a Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op (Ann Arbor, MI) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role is focused on driving territory growth within the peri-operative environment while supporting customers with clinically and financially relevant solutions. The position combines consultative sales, data-driven business planning, and cross-functional collaboration to influence stakeholder buy-in and strengthen distribution partnerships. Success in this role will require a strong grasp of operating room value drivers, the ability to troubleshoot customer issues, and a disciplined approach to maintaining territory performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a sales territory to achieve sustainable business growth
- Use data and analytics to support effective business planning
- Maintain sales call data in Salesforce
- Identify and address customer financial and clinical needs
- Persuade key stakeholders to advocate for solutions and products
- Collaborate with distribution partners for mutual benefit
- Support educational initiatives and troubleshoot product issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in a relevant environment, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Current and valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers in the OR
- Proven experience in territory management and business planning
- Outstanding data and analytical skills

Pay
$126,400 – $173,800 annually
