Performs surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections and promotes safe infection prevention and control practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
- Promote and implement safe infection prevention and control practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (essential).
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, medical technology, public health, epidemiology, microbiology, or a natural science (required for certification in infection prevention and control).
Qualifications
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License or eligibility to obtain one (preferred).
- Infection Control Certification (preferred).

Pay
$39.14 to $58.71 per hour, based on experience.
