Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment
• Partner with parents and colleagues to support children's highest potential
• Show exemplary Infant/Toddler responsive care
• Demonstrate classroom management skills
• Develop lesson plans and practice developmentally appropriate methods

Requirements

• A minimum of an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (we can help you get this!)
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in an Early Head Start Program or a licensed community childcare program

Qualifications

• Passionate about early childhood education
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

• This is an hourly position
• Starting pay is $16.19/hour

Pay

• $16.19 per hour
