Infant Toddler Support Educator

About the role

Supports the development and implementation of infant and toddler programs within a community setting. Works closely with families to provide guidance and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized plans for infants and toddlers based on their developmental needs.
• Provide family support services including home visits, parent education, and resource referrals.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the field to ensure comprehensive care for infants and toddlers.
• Assess and document progress towards developmental milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid state certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $X-$Y per hour.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
