About the role
Supports the development and implementation of infant and toddler programs within a community setting. Works closely with families to provide guidance and resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans for infants and toddlers based on their developmental needs.
- Provide family support services including home visits, parent education, and resource referrals.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field to ensure comprehensive care for infants and toddlers.
- Assess and document progress towards developmental milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid state certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
Salary range: $X-$Y per hour.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
