About This Role

LeafSpring School in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring an Infant/ Toddler Lead to support daily operations at an early childhood education center. This position offers $15 – $17/Hr and requires relevant professional experience.

Join Our Team

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill two full-time positions: Infant Room Lead (6 weeks - 18 months old) and Toddler Room Lead (2 years old).

We're looking for team members who can commit to shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Our team operates with a small staff-to-child ratio, and we're excited to welcome applicants who enjoy working with kids or are looking to gain experience in an accredited program.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years child care experience
  • An associate degree is required
  • A passion of working with children
