About the role
The Stanislaus County Office of Education seeks an Infant/Toddler Educator to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive full year child development program for infants/toddlers under the supervision of the Master Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive full year child development program for infants/toddlers.
- Provide daily care and supervision to infants/toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement curriculum and activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Participate in home visits as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best care and education for the children.
Requirements / Qualifications
- California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit or higher level permit (attach copy from ctc.ca.gov).
- Three units infant/toddler care development required (attach college transcripts).
- Valid Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification (attach copy of front & back of the card - online classes not accepted).
- Graduation from high school required.
- One year experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
- Enrollment in Associates or Bachelor’s degree program in child development or related field preferred.
- Three units infant/toddler care development required.
Additional Documents
- Official transcripts.
- DOJ/FBI/CACI Fingerprint clearance.
- TB clearance.
- Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen/Lift clearance.
Benefits

- Must provide a personal vehicle-employer reasonably expects driving to be one of the job functions.
