Infant/Toddler Associate Teacher

About the role

Responsible for providing a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and supporting staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning space.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Observe children’s behavior and development to tailor activities and interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to maintain high-quality care and education standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with infants and/or toddlers.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
