About the role
Responsible for providing a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and supporting staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning space.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Observe children’s behavior and development to tailor activities and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to maintain high-quality care and education standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least one year of experience working with infants and/or toddlers.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience with child safety and health practices.
Skills
