About the role
We are looking for an experienced Infant Teacher for a full-time schedule. This position offers the opportunity to shape children's lives through creativity and experience in a supportive and fun workplace.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Support each child’s social and emotional development
- Establish positive and effective family relations
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associate (CDA) required for a lead teacher position
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty
- Works productively without supervision
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working toward a common goal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and follow up constructively
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for handling children, ensuring safety, and managing emergency situations
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers: must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib

Pay
Salary range: $15.92–$20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Start date: End of August (September start)
- No weekends and limited evening hours, except for occasional faculty meetings or school events
