Responsibilities
- Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities such as art, bubbles, circle time, and exploratory play.
- Foster a love of learning in young children from infancy through toddlerhood.
- Ensure the highest quality of care for infants and toddlers.
- Establish strong classroom management skills and parent relations.
- Create positive, memorable experiences for the children.
Requirements
- 12 ECE units preferred.
- An infant/toddler development course is a plus.
- No prior child development classes required. We will train you and help you get through your core Child Development classes.
- Experience with children preferred.
- A love and passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Child Development Permit (CDP).
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom of infants and toddlers.
- Enthusiasm for early childhood education.

Pay
