About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education.
Responsibilities
- Plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
- Maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
- Communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
Qualifications
Must meet one of the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a passion for early childhood education.

Full-time, Monday - Friday
