Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs.
  • Improve job matching services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new features.
  • Monitor user feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of machine learning and AI principles.
