Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs.
- Improve job matching services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new features.
- Monitor user feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
