About the role
Little Sprouts – Hingham is seeking an Infant Certified Teacher to join their team. This position is full-time and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants
- Provide individualized care and attention to each infant
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Document observations and progress reports for each infant
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid Massachusetts Early Education and Development License (EEDDL)
- Experience working with infants preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for supporting the growth and learning of young children

- Excellent observational and assessment skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
