About the role

Little Sprouts – Hingham is seeking an Infant Certified Teacher to join their team. This position is full-time and on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants
  • Provide individualized care and attention to each infant
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
  • Document observations and progress reports for each infant
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid Massachusetts Early Education and Development License (EEDDL)
  • Experience working with infants preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early childhood education
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues
  • Passion for supporting the growth and learning of young children

Pay

  • $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
