Child Care Certified Infant Teacher

Responsibilities

  • Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
  • Mentor Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
  • Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
  • Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
  • Partner with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

Requirements

  • Achieve an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR earn EEC State of MA Teacher certification.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility.
  • Show strong customer service skills.
  • Be able to multitask and remain organized.
  • Work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria for child care employment.
