Infant Assistant Teacher for licensed Childcare

Full-time (32 hours/week) position at our licensed childcare center in Roseville, serving infants and toddlers in a Christian Montessori environment.

Join our team to support infants as they learn to feed themselves, sleep independently, sit up, crawl, walk, and more. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a child’s foundational development in a calm, nurturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing Montessori-based care and education for infants and toddlers
• Support children in developing early motor skills, self-feeding, and sleep routines
• Maintain a calm, patient, and attentive demeanor in a Christian environment

Requirements

• Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
• Familiarity with the needs of infants and toddlers
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or 12 college credits in a related field

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 32 hours per week
• Hours between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on scheduling needs

Pay

Compensation starts at $18/hour.
