Responsibilities

• Teach children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity
• Support your peers and make a difference in your community
• Nurture relationships and help children develop character
• Engage in Heart Projects that give back to children in need

Requirements

• Self-starters with a passion for making a difference
• Great communicators who can build strong relationships with children and families
• Experience in child care or education preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage classroom effectively
• Knowledge of child development and safety standards
