We support a child-centered, exploration-based philosophy that responds to the changing interests of each child. Educators modify curriculum and explore current developments in educational theory to ensure quality childcare. Additional Information
We utilize the Vermont Early Learning Standards (VELS), Ages & Stages Screening Tools (ASQ-3 & SE), Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment Tool (TSG), and are a Seed & Sew Certified Preschool.
Sign-on Bonus
Up to $1000.00 for full-time teachers who commit to a full-year contract 2026/2027 school year.
Planned Paid Vacation
4 weeks planned paid vacation starting in the 2026/2027 school year with a signed full-year teacher contract.
