INF Production Worker

Summary of Primary Functions

Aid in the production of concrete products from subassemblies and raw materials. Perform tasks such as form cleaning, form oiling, reinforcing setup, form setting, concrete pouring and finishing, and clean up the work area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality rules and processes to maintain a safe workplace and high-quality products.
• Execute specific procedures outlined in the work plan for the work center and individual tasks.
• Clean forms to remove concrete buildup before the next pour.
• Oil form surfaces with an oil sprayer after cleaning.
• Grease pins and movable parts before pouring.
• Make minor adjustments to forming equipment for proper operation.
• Set up, tie, and space reinforcing according to specified details.
• Pour, vibrate, shovel, and finish standard products.
• Repair and patch concrete products that do not meet design specifications.
• Clean up concrete spills and other trash in the work area.

Job Specifications Or Qualifications

• Certificates, licenses, or registrations may be required to operate a concrete delivery truck.
• Education and/or experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
