About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define connected-care solution strategies for the corporate optometry segment
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer needs are integrated into solution development
• Shape narratives that convey the value of connected eye care and data-driven care delivery
• Engage C-suite and clinical leaders to align solutions with organizational objectives
• Develop executive business cases tied to clinical and financial outcomes
• Translate customer operational requirements into deployable connected-care solutions
• Partner with sales teams to create tools that facilitate enterprise-level selling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years in healthcare, health technology, medical devices, healthcare software, digital health, or related fields
• Experience in enterprise commercial, strategic sales, business development, solutions consulting, or market development roles
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities and engaging executive decision-makers
• Strong skills in developing business cases, value propositions, and customer-facing sales tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to collaborate in a field sales organization and influence outcomes across teams

Pay

$200,000 – $225,000 annually
