For our client, we are seeking a Industry Principal - Electronics & High-Tech to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $282,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to customers, sales teams, and executives Engage C-level stakeholders to uncover business challenges and strategic opportunities Expand access and strengthen customer engagement through industry relationships Create early-stage pipeline and manage strategic account engagements across priority accounts Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and executive engagement messaging Collaborate with account teams on strategic planning and opportunity progression Influence product and marketing direction by aligning with industry priorities Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners for aligned execution Represent company at industry events and customer meetings to enhance market presence Mentor go-to-market teams on industry trends and engagement strategies Qualifications 15+ years in Electronics and High-Tech industry, focusing on enterprise customer engagement and strategic sales support Strong understanding of market trends, business drivers, and customer challenges Proven ability to influence executive and C-level stakeholders Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and driving strategic account growth Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Capacity to translate business priorities into tech and transformation strategies Established industry network and executive relationships strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Willingness to travel approximately 25% for business purposes Benefits Opportunity to participate in employee share purchase program (ESPP) for discounted stock Eligibility for various health insurance options including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and sick leave provided Tuition reimbursement available for continued education 401(k) contributions with employer matching offered Flexible spending accounts included for pre-tax savings Life and disability insurance coverage provided Generous commuter subsidy for office-assigned roles Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
