Preferred qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing within the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or enterprise technology sectors.Experience coordinating multi-channel integrated campaigns across paid media, email, digital events, and sales outbound, and utilizing CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) for campaign tracking.Experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to drive account engagement.Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline marketing workflows, derive campaign insights, or enhance sales enablement.Understanding of B2B growth models, demand waterfall mechanics, and lead management.Ability to navigate cross-functional environments, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively with sales teams. In this role as an Industry Marketing Manager for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), you will partner across Sales and Marketing teams to build and land integrated programs that increase demand, bolster AI perception, and drive pipeline across retail and CPG accounts. You are a compelling storyteller who builds consistent, scalable, and optimized marketing programs. This is a direct role; you will execute with attention to detail, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigate relationships across executive leadership, agencies, and industry partners. You will apply a structured approach to measure program effectiveness, manage KPIs, and support scalable processes for growth. You will oversee a various channel mix across social and email while driving engagement through digital and physical events, executive roundtables, and sales outbound strategy.
