Industry Integrated Supervisor- Day Shift

About the role

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full‑time Rotating Industry Integrated Supervisor to support individuals in vocational rehabilitation and training. This position provides supervision, coaching, and job training in integrated community work settings to help participants succeed and grow in their employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support individuals with special needs in vocational training at assigned host sites.
• Follow and enforce CPARC/CIT and host site policies and procedures.
• Serve as a professional representative of CPARC, maintaining appropriate work attire and conduct.
• Work on‑site with trainees during scheduled shifts, adapting to site demands and routines.
• Consult daily with site managers to assess assignments, schedules, and needs.
• Train, supervise, and support trainees using individualized training methods and coping strategies.
• Monitor and document participant performance, progress, and attendance.
• Maintain all required records, reports, and off‑site manuals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional training and/or experience in vocational rehabilitation with individuals with special needs is helpful.
• Physical ability to bend and twist at the waist, kneel, and bend at the knees.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs and stepladders.
• Ability to reach overhead and stretch, push, and pull equipment.
• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license.

Pay

$16.26 per hour (competitive wage).
