Industry Cloud Architect

About the role

The Industry Cloud Architect is an industry and product expert who builds industry solutions through configuration of one or several Intapp products. The Industry Solutions group is founded on the idea that ‘better defined solutions make our products easier to sell, implement and use’. The group’s mission is to ‘simplify the sales motion, streamline implementation and accelerate client time to value’.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems in Intapp’s target industries through internal and client-facing discovery.
• Define solution blueprints and Celeste playbooks that meet the requirements of these problems using Intapp products.
• Develop solutions for target industries through assessments, cataloging, and use case definition.
• Own, configure, and maintain blueprints for best-practice configurations in Intapp products that can be deployed at scale to new and existing clients.
• Own and deliver the quarterly roadmap for your blueprints.
• Maintain strong feedback loops and roadmap synchronization with product management to shape future product direction.
• Work with the Industry Solutions Program Manager(s) to enable client-facing teams to provide the best possible solution and experience to clients.
• Provide tactical support in the field with client-facing teams—sales, pre-sales, services, client success, and support—to gather feedback and support their usage of solutions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape, relevant industries, and wider industry products and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a services, pre-sales, client success, or similar technical, client-facing role at an enterprise software company.
• Product management experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and needs into client-facing applications.
• Strong and proven presentation skills in high-pressure situations with senior participants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically adept in configuring applications.
