About the Program

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are designed to take emergent talent through a high-velocity, two-year rotational program. The program includes learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to critical aspects of PCC’s business across multiple manufacturing environments, enabling them to influence the future direction of the company. This program is specifically for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. The position will be located in various U.S. locations, requiring willingness to relocate. Members may preference regions, and the company will match them with the most meaningful learning experience within those regions. The start date for this role is July 12, 2027.

Program Design

First-year members will be placed at one of PCC’s facilities to learn the foundations of Corporate Automation Standards. Areas of focus include:

  • Technology Development for Production Environments
  • Robot Programming
  • Control System Design
  • Data Analytics & AI Applications
  • System Optimization

Second-year members will be placed at another PCC location to build on the foundations learned in year one.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Leadership experience through clubs, organizations, or activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. Person
  • Must be willing to relocate twice (program roles located in various U.S. locations only)
