About the role

Lead a team of engineers in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and budgets, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design plans.
• Oversee the implementation of sustainable practices throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance on technical issues and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
