About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and meet project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Regularly review project progress and make adjustments as necessary to maintain project quality and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
