We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove E-Verify, EEO statements, etc. Also remove "Why Join Woodard & Curran?" maybe that's like Benefits? Actually "Why Join Woodard & Curran?" includes bullet points about opportunities; could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section like "About the role"? But we have specific headings list; we can map content. We need sections: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications maybe duplicate? Actually we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience. Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to include those that have content. We have: - About the role: first paragraph(s) describing company and role. Could be "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities" list. - Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" heading. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Experience" heading. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from Required Qualifications (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process troubleshooting, etc.) Could be a separate Skills section. - Benefits: "Why Join Woodard & Curran?" plus benefits list. - Pay: "Compensation & Benefits" includes salary range. - Schedule: not explicitly mentioned; maybe we can omit Schedule section because no specific schedule info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we can include Pay (salary range) and Benefits (benefits list). Schedule not present, so omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The salary range is given. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred experience, benefits list, etc. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose, use

. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same content. We must strip boilerplate: E-Verify, EEO, accessibility, Text Messaging, AI tools, etc. Also remove "Why Join Woodard & Curran?" maybe treat as Benefits section. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Whether you're looking to expand your leadership responsibilities or advance your certifications, we'll support your professional growth through training, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Plant Manager with a New Jersey N-1 Industrial Wastewater license to help lead operations and maintenance activities at a complex groundwater remediation facility in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this role, you'll partner directly with the Plant Manager to support the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of a 0.3 MGD groundwater treatment system, two stormwater treatment systems, and associated infrastructure located at a large industrial site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional who enjoys balancing technical problem-solving, leadership, project management, and environmental stewardship.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of groundwater and stormwater treatment systems.
    • Help ensure regulatory compliance with permits, reporting requirements, and environmental standards.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities and support asset management and equipment reliability programs.
    • Assist with process optimization initiatives to improve system performance and efficiency.
    • Manage and oversee contractors performing maintenance, construction, and specialty services.
    • Support environmental sampling programs, reporting, and compliance documentation.
    • Participate in budget management and tracking of operational expenditures.
    • Assist with capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades.
    • Promote a strong safety culture and help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
    • Build positive relationships with clients, regulators, vendors, and site personnel.
    • Provide support during operational emergencies, planned outages, and occasional after-hours activities.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in water, wastewater, groundwater remediation, stormwater treatment, industrial treatment, or related environmental operations.
    • Demonstrated experience leading operators, maintenance personnel, contractors, or multidisciplinary teams.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, technical specifications, and operational data.
    • Strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience supporting preventive maintenance, asset management, equipment reliability, and process improvement programs.
    • Experience supporting capital projects, equipment installations, startups, or process modifications.
    • Knowledge of environmental permits, compliance requirements, sampling programs, and reporting processes.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and facility management software, including Hach WIMS and Utility Cloud.
    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

    Qualifications

    • Licensing: New Jersey N-1 Industrial Wastewater License required, or the ability to obtain the license within 18 months of hire.
    • Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:
      • Groundwater remediation systems
      • Industrial wastewater treatment
      • Stormwater treatment operations
      • Contractor management
      • Budget oversight
      • Environmental compliance programs
But we have nested ul inside li; maybe better to separate: Qualifications heading for licensing, and then a separate Preferred Experience heading? However we only have allowed headings list; we could treat "Preferred Experience" as part of Qualifications or maybe as Skills? But we have Skills heading; we could put preferred experience under Skills? Actually skills are more like abilities. Preferred experience is more like qualifications. Could create a separate section "Qualifications" for licensing and then "Preferred Experience" as a subsection? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but better to stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: intro. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: Required Qualifications. - Qualifications: Licensing (N-1) maybe. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from Required Qualifications (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process troubleshooting, communication, organizational, project management, proficiency with software). Could list them. - Benefits: Why Join Woodard & Curran? plus benefits list. - Pay: Compensation & Benefits salary range. - Schedule: not present, omit. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. If we put skills separately, we must not repeat the same bullet points from Requirements. We could extract skill-specific bullets. Let's list skills from Required Qualifications: - Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, technical specifications, and operational data. - Strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and facility management software, including Hach WIMS and Utility Cloud. Also maybe "Experience supporting preventive maintenance, asset management, equipment reliability, and process improvement programs." That's more experience than skill. We could put those under Skills. Now Requirements: we should keep the experience and leadership etc. But we need to avoid duplicating the skill bullets. So we can remove those skill bullets from Requirements and keep them under Skills. Thus Requirements will contain: - 5+ years of experience in water, wastewater, groundwater remediation, stormwater treatment, industrial treatment, or related environmental operations. - Demonstrated experience leading operators, maintenance personnel, contractors, or multidisciplinary teams. - Experience supporting preventive maintenance, asset management, equipment reliability, and process improvement programs. - Experience supporting capital projects, equipment installations, startups, or process modifications. - Knowledge of environmental permits, compliance requirements, sampling programs, and reporting processes. - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Now Skills: - Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, technical specifications, and operational data. - Strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and facility management software, including Hach WIMS and Utility Cloud. Now Qualifications: Licensing: New Jersey N-1 Industrial Wastewater License required, or ability to obtain within 18 months. Now Benefits: combine "Why Join Woodard & Curran?" bullet points and benefits list. Why Join Woodard & Curran? bullet points: - Expand your leadership and management skills. - Gain hands-on experience with complex environmental treatment systems. - Lead meaningful projects that support environmental compliance and sustainability. - Work alongside experienced operators and technical specialists. - Receive support for maintaining and advancing industry certifications. - Build a long-term career with a growing employee-owned company. Benefits list: - Generous paid time off and company holidays - Medical and dental insurance - Flexible spending accounts - Retirement savings programs - Professional development and certification support - Career growth opportunities - Employee assistance programs and additional wellness benefits We should combine them under Benefits. Pay: Expected Salary Range: $83,000 - $97,760 annually, depending on experience and licensure. In addition, eligible employees may receive overtime and bonus opportunities. We need to output as

maybe. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: E-Verify, EEO, accessibility, Text Messaging, AI tools, etc. Also removed duplicated lines like "Woodard & Curran offers a comprehensive benefits package." (we have benefits). Also removed "For more information about our benefits & workplace policies visit Benefit & Policy Information - Woodard & Curran ." Also removed "As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to complete a job-related physical examination and background check." That is substantive? It's a condition of employment; maybe we should keep it? It's not boilerplate; it's a requirement. Should we keep? It's not in the headings list but could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? It's a condition: physical exam and background check. Could be included under Requirements as a bullet. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that
