Industrial Utilities Maintenance Technician I (DAYS)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About The Department (we can treat as About the role? Actually it's about department; we can use About the Department
maybe but they gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can adapt but likely they expect those headings. However we can also use About the Department as heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to use those headings that match content: We have content about department, what we offer (benefits), the position (responsibilities), essential functions (duties), physical requirements (maybe part of responsibilities or qualifications?), qualifications. Also we have "What We Offer" which is benefits. Also "The Position" includes responsibilities. Also "Essential Functions" is duties. Also "Physical Requirements" could be part of qualifications or responsibilities? Might be separate but we can include under Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably better to have sections: About the Department (maybe as About the role?), Responsibilities (essential functions), Qualifications, Benefits (What We Offer). Also maybe Pay? Not specified. Schedule? Not specified (they mention rotating shifts etc but that's under essential functions). So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections because no explicit pay or schedule details. Benefits we have. Also we might include Skills? Not explicit. So output sections: About the Department, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Use for each. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation/cookie/legal. Also remove "We commit to an inclusive recruitment process..." etc. Also remove "At Novo Nordisk, you will find opportunities..." maybe that's part of benefits? It's generic but could be kept? It's not boilerplate? It's a generic motivational statement; maybe we keep as part of Benefits? But it's not specific benefit; it's more about opportunities. Could be considered fluff but not boilerplate. Might keep as part of Benefits? But better to keep only substantive: "What We Offer" list is specific benefits. The paragraph after that about opportunities could be considered generic but still part of posting. Might keep as a
under Benefits? Or maybe under About the Department? It's not about department. Could be under a separate section like "Opportunities" but not in list. Safer to keep it as a
under Benefits? Might be considered filler. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine that paragraph into Benefits section as a
before the list.
Also need to preserve all substantive information: The department description, what we offer list, the position description (Improve systems...), essential functions list, physical requirements list, qualifications list.
We must not repeat job title. No Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation contact, equal opportunity statement, etc.
We must not include duplicated lines.
