Responsibilities

- Liaise with operations to address customer service needs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review job performance, execution, and past production data.
- Provide valuable feedback to the company on customer needs, market trends, competition, and technological advancements.
- Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to enhance our industry leadership.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and growth.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
- Communicate the company's objectives and values externally to build trust and credibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in related industries (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design).
- Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently towards common goals.
- Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
