Responsibilities

  • Liaise with operations to address customer service needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain open communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review job performance, execution, and past production data.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the company on customer needs, market trends, competition, and technological advancements.
  • Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to enhance our industry leadership.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
  • Communicate the company's objectives and values externally to build trust and credibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in related industries (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design).
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently towards common goals.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
