Industrial Self-Perform Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Drive and model our Safety Program—safety is our #1 priority
• Partner with Safety to develop site-specific safety plans
• Build and maintain project schedules and look-aheads
• Manage field teams, including Foremen, FITs, and Leadmen
• Cook up and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Monitor daily progress, budgets, and job performance
• Proactively identify and solve delays, risks, and field challenges
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, specs, and client expectations
• Prepare job status reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

What You Bring

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of self-perform work, means & methods, and field execution
• Proven leadership in managing crews and developing field talent
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• PMP certification is a plus (not required)
